What to Expect

You’ll experience a church plant whose members are hospitable and loving,
who will welcome you warmly and sincerely.

Every Sunday, we meet at 3:30 p.m. to spend some time together and then, at 3:45 p.m., we begin our worship with a warm welcome and a few announcements about upcoming church events.

After the announcements, one of the elders opens the Bible for the public Scripture reading.

Before worship, one of the elders leads the congregation in prayer, supplication, petition and thanksgiving for all men (1 Tim. 2:1).

After prayer, we worship God in song. We choose hymns with a strong theological connotation, and usually sing two in French and two in English. However, the lyrics are projected onto a screen with translations in English, French and Russian, so that each person can worship in his or her own language.

The heart of our service is the preaching of the Word of God.

God’s Word is then preached in an expository fashion, faithfully, verse by verse, with assurance, clarity and authority, for the edification of God’s people and always with a clear presentation of the Gospel.

On the first Sunday of the month, we follow the ordinance of the Lord’s Supper, celebrating the Lord’s sacrificial death and victorious resurrection until he returns (1 Cor. 11:23-29).

After the sermon, closing prayer and benediction, we stay together for a while to get to know each other, serve, love and pray for one another. This is a precious time when relationships are built and strengthened.

We believe that children should enjoy the whole service, being part of it from beginning to end. Parents are encouraged to bring their children and, if necessary, sit at the back of the hall, near an exit to a terrace.

As a church plant, we have neither the space nor the manpower to provide child care.

During the summer months, it is not possible to park at the hotel as it is reserved for guests. However, there are free parking spaces in front of and around the building.
